A Legacy of Growth: Stories from Our Team.
Our commitment to career growth is best told through our people. Their journeys show how a job at Jenkins can become a long-term, rewarding career.
Take Andres, an expert in tree moving who joined our team in 1975. For nearly 50 years, he has not only perfected his craft but has also trained and mentored countless professionals, shaping the next generation of industry leaders. His story is a testament to the stability and mentorship that define our company culture.
Then there’s Ubaldo ‘Chino’ Chavez, who has been a key part of our team since 1998. Chino’s journey is a perfect example of our commitment to promoting from within. He started as a maintenance crew leader and, through his hard work and skill, was promoted to Landscape Installation Crew Leader, a role he has excelled in for over a decade. To top it off, he earned his FNGLA certification, showcasing his dedication to his craft. It was no surprise to anyone when Chino won the company’s “Professionalism” award; his attention to detail and positive attitude inspire his entire crew every day.

The stories of Andres and Chino are not unique here. They are the standard. We believe in growing together, investing in our team, and providing a path for anyone willing to build a career they can be proud of.
